By accessing and using the services provided by PhantomVector AS ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Service fees will be agreed upon before commencement of work and may vary depending on the scope and complexity of services required. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges.
All content, methodologies, strategies, and materials provided by PhantomVector remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited licence to use these materials solely for their personal or business financial management. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property without written permission is strictly prohibited.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client financial information and will not disclose such information to third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent. Clients similarly agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and strategies.
Our services are for informational and advisory purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, tax advice, or legal counsel. Clients should consult with appropriate licensed professionals for specific financial, tax, or legal guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, PhantomVector's liability for any damages arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
PhantomVector shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, war, terrorism, or pandemic conditions.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due, and both parties' confidentiality obligations continue. Clients retain access to previously delivered materials and strategies but forfeit any ongoing support services.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, with venue in the courts of Southern Denmark.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
PhantomVector reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any individual service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between PhantomVector and the client, superseding all prior communications and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
